The sports world mourns Christian Bonifacino, a young promise of MTB. He would have turned 20 on August 8, but a cruel fate took him away: yesterday morning, Wednesday July 22, Christian Bonifacino, a very young mountain bike champion, died. The boy was hospitalized in Turin to undergo yet another cycle of therapy for to fight a terrible disease that has long been devastating him. To the parents Sara and Flavio, to the brother Nicholas and to the relatives all the condolences and the embrace of the whole town of Pallare and of the whole Valbormidese community.

Sport also stops in his memory: “Today we received one of those news that we never wanted to receive – commented by Olimpia Carcarese – A young man of almost 20 years left us, Christian Bonifacino. We remember him smiling through the streets of Carcare, he was a Pallarese, but he often frequented our country, where he had many friends. In this moment of deep pain, we all huddle, one by one, around the Bonifacino family with the hope of giving them a little comfort. For this reason, as a sign of mourning, we have decided to postpone the finals of the Tennis Tennis Tournament scheduled for tonight to Wednesday 29 July 2020. The Corrent will be silent for you Christian, to accompany you on your journey. Rest in peace“.
